ABOUT MAPIJE
I grew up with a father who was very technical and a mother who was very artistic. I had my first windows 3.1 at age 7 and had an interest for computers and how they worked.
When I studied Design for virtual Theatre & Games, I learned to bring my artistic side together with my technological side. The right and left brain.
Which created a spiritual awakening for me.
Even though I was very rational and thought spirituality was non-existent because I was raised atheist, I started seeying my arms transform into tools and machine parts with my minds eye.
I thought I was going crazy, so I started to study technology, psychology and spiritual traditions, in order to understand what was happening with me.
Along my journey, I have been initiated into Japanese, Indonesian, Aboriginal, South American and South African shamanic traditions while traveling the world.
When I was learning how my technological transformer arms worked, I learned how our body functions like an electric cirquit and how to make it more efficient. Resulting in a better experience of life, more health, pleasure, love and happiness.
I connect Technology with Spirituality, to make the concept of spirituality more understandable, practical, tangible and grounded.
